The RMF500’s independent, dual electric nozzle is powered by Hyper FFF technology. Its productivity is guaranteed with a maximum linear speed of 500 mm/s* and a maximum acceleration of 15,000 mm/s2, which is two times faster than the general industrial printers. IDEX-Independent dual extruders provides duplicate and mirror printing mode. It enables simultaneous printing of two different materials.

Its low ground clearance and a maximum load capacity of 100 kg on the Z-axis ensure stability and reliability throughout the printing process. This printer has been specifically designed to work seamlessly with glass and carbon fibre-reinforced materials, providing increased stiffness and a reduced shrinkage factor. The all-steel frame structure significantly reduces motion-induced vibration, thus ensuring the stability of the RMF500 at high printing speeds, and ultimately delivering the expected production quality.

High-load Z-axis
The high stability platform with a maximum load capacity of over 100 kg enables precise Z-axis motion and ensures consistent layer accuracy. The deflection error is 50% lower than the market average.

High Performance Extruder
Gear ratio 4.65, up to 65 w extrusion motor, generating 120 N extrusion force, that is compatible with flexible and rigid filaments for better print quality. It has dual fans to provide rapid cooling, The silicon carbide nozzles prevent inaccurate printing due to nozzle wear.

XY Closed-loop Control Linear Motor Drive System
XYZ resolution: 1, 1, 0.09765 micron. Linear motors offer higher speed, stability, acceleration and motion accuracy than stepper motors and require less maintenance. Closed-loop synchronous control system ensures that the set values and output values of the device are stable and consistent to achieve the expected printing accuracy. Precise positioning up to ±10 µm even with environmental disturbances and load changes.

Automatic Nozzle Wiping
When heated and ready, the nozzle automatically moves to clear overflow into a waste box, replacing manual wiping.
