The printing plate can be reused at least 5000 times, and it can withstand the high temperature of the Raise3D printer’s nozzle up to a maximum temperature of 110°C.
The printing plate’s thickness tolerance is strictly controlled to ensure it is very flat, and the variation in the thickness is minimal.
Raise3D’s Printing Build Surface is compatible with various filaments up to 300?: PLA / ABS / HIPS / PC / TPU / TPE / NYLON / PETG / ASA / PP / PVA / Glass Fiber Infused / Carbon Fiber Infused / Metal Fill / Wood Fill.
For the setting temperature of the printing plate for different filaments, please consult the 3D Printing Materials Guide.
The plate is easy to use and no screws are needed for installation. After the BuildTak Printing Surface is directly pasted onto the plate, you can place it directly on the heating bed.
To remove the model, simply gently bend the flexible plate with both hands.
The plate is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is rust-resistant and tough to damage.
The plate stays stable on the heating bed as it is magnetised and will not get dislodged during the printing process.
